Reservation Policies:
You can book by phone or via e-mail indicating the date of arrival and departure, number of adults and children, noting the age of the children;;
As soon as you will be notified of the availability of the room and its budget;
To guarantee your reservation we require a deposit equivalent to the cost of an overnight stay or for stays longer than 3 nights, 30% OF LIVING;
Within 3 days unless otherwise agreed, the customer shall pay the deposit;
Failure to pay the deposit within the time limits specified result in automatic cancellation of the reservation of the stay;
As soon as we receive the deposit, we will send a confirmation by e-mail or phone.
Cancellation of booking:
You can cancel your reservation up to 15 days before the same;
The cancellation of the booking made late or no-show at the B & B, will result in the failure to return the entire deposit;
Cancellation of reservation must be made by e-mail or phone;
N.B. For bookings of more than one day, if the client decides to interrupt the stay earlier for any reason, he must pay the full amount of the reservation.
