The breakfast should be served from 8:30 to 10:00, or at least can be arranged on the day after your arrival;
The cleaning of the rooms is done every day from 10.00 to 12.00;
In the rooms and in the common places smoking is prohibited, with the exception of open spaces;
It is not allowed to host friends or family room;
Inside the B & B you can not pay with checks;
